Extra Chocolatey Chip Cookies

stand mixer with paddle attachment
foil or parchment paper
2.25 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
.5 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 stick of butter (room temp)
2 cups brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate chunks
Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl
In stand mixer, cream butter and sugar together. Then add eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to stand mixer, and mix until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and chunks.
Place large spoonfuls of cookie dough on baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Makes about 30 cookies.
