Sweet and Spicy Beer Mustard

Tools + Supplies
mixing bowl or Tupperware
Saran Wrap or foil if using mixing bowl
food processor
4 8oz jars
Ingredients
1.25 cup yellow mustard seeds
.25 cup brown mustard seeds
.75 cup apple cider vinegar
1.25 cup beer of your choice (I used a seasonal Rhinegeist)
.25 cup honey
2 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tsp salt
Instructions
in mixing bowl or Tupperware, mix yellow and brown mustard seeds, vinegar, and beer. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours.
pour mixture into food processor with honey, brown sugar, and salt. Pulse until desired consistency.
Pour mixture into glass jars and let rest for at least 10 days in the fridge before using.
