Valentine Brownie Pops




Tools + Supplies

  • stand mixer with paddle attachment

  • 9x13 pan

  • microwave safe dish or double boiler (or two different sized sauce pans)

  • lollipop sticks

  • wax paper or parchment paper


Ingredients

  • 9x13 pan of brownies, made from any box mix or from scratch recipe. I used Please & Thank You’s brownie mix

  • 24 oz candy melts

  • sprinkles


Instructions

  • Once brownies are complete cool, cut the edges off and put the rest into bowl of stand mixer. Mix on low speed with paddle attachment until you have a consistent texture.

  • Line 9x13 pan with wax paper or parchment paper. Form brownie mixture into 1.5 inch balls and freeze until firm, about 15-20 minutes.

  • Melt a small amount of candy melt in microwave safe dish or double boiler.

  • Take brownie balls from freezer and re-roll into firmer balls.

  • Dip end of lollipop sticks in candy melt, then insert stick into brownie balls.

  • Freeze brownie balls again for 20-30 minutes.

  • Melt remainder of candy melts.

  • Coat brownie pops in candy melt, and decorate with sprinkles.
